At Mace Engineering Group, we strive for complete satisfaction with every fashion purchase. If you are not entirely pleased with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels remain attached to the clothing.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
